Why EMT?

We take things a step further and provide suggestions to save money and more importantly make more money - we don't just provide data entry.

We assist you by providing accurate, detailed and timely bookkeeping assistance, and by utilizing our monthly reports, you can make timely business decisions rather than waiting until year end to see where you are at financially.

By maintaining your books on a continual basis, provided that all the documentation is provided to us, we can have your year end documentation prepared within one month of your year-end. This enables you to provide your accountant with this information in a timely manner so that your income tax filing can be done in plenty of time to save the necessary funds prior to April 30th. Those that maintain their own bookkeeping usually put off the inevitable until the last minute then struggle to find money for government.

We are knowledgeable, accountable, available, competent, and most of all we understand accounting terms and can explain them to you in plain English.

 

Standard Hourly Rate

There is an initial fee of $150 which includes the first three hours of data entry as well as evaluation of all records and incorporation into our database & management system. This fee is due at the time you sign the contract for all bookkeeping and virtual administrative assistance services.

 We charge $40 per hour depending on services rendered. Fees will be confirmed in advance by both parties and will require signature approval of contract.

Monthly Retainer Plans

Retainer plans start with a minimum of 5 hours per month with a six month commitment. Retainers are due upfront one month ahead of rendered services. (Ex: June’s payment is due by May 15.)

Since we are accountable for our work, we will admit mistakes and correct them immediately.

The physical records of the work performed for clients are the property of EMT Administrative Consultants.  Client proprietary information is held in strict confidence and information contained in their records will not be released without their written approval or by court order. All of our client records are made available to them upon their written request.
